  • Great coating
Color: MIL SPEC O.D. GREEN
Cerakot H series is very durable and the thin coating helps avoid fitment issues. Mil-Spec OD Green, great color for rifles. It does seem a little thicker that others I've used. It took a couple passes to see that the spray gun needed to be opened up a 1/4 turn more than the other colors I've applied. Have also used Midnight Bronze, that sprayed a bit easier. And it is amazing color, love it. ... show more

  • It's a good product.
Color: ARMOR BLACK
I used it to coat AR receivers for corrosion resistance, worked well. It does take some amount of math and knowledge to use though. Watch some YouTube videos on how to get started, it isn't as simple as normal paint.

  • Wanted to get into cerakoteing.
Color: GRAPHITE BLACK
Hope no1 will pick on me. This was my first time cerakote. I don't think I did that bad. But very good stuff. Bought a smoker to cure it, and well you be the judge. Note to self, tape off parts were the lpk/ect go. Can't get certain parts in because of the paint build up from layers.

  • Super tough

  • Worth every penny
Color: BURNT BRONZE
I paid to have a firearm Cerekoted and loved it. Only part I didn't like was not doing it myself. For the price of one job I purchased the tools needed to do it myself and I am hooked. I have done glasses a pen several guns and a few magazines. This product is amazing, from a true pioneer company in Oregon they ship you product lightning fast and you will literally start seeing thing differently as in can I Cerekote that?? I have purchased two builds just so I could camo them. It is my new weekend hobby and I am thankfull for such an awesome product made available to the home gunsmith Pros: Product goes a long way/ great value Grest softtouch feel Very durable coating Flash cures fast for stencil application Oregon company Easily clean uncured cerekote with acetone Applies great with even cheap airbrushes Cons: you will buy stuff just to Cerekote it LOL none really just shake shake shake and follow the instructions ... show more

  • Best coating
Color: TUNGSTEN
I've cerakoted a few projects now and they all turn out great. The durability is just incomparable to anything out there. It's not something that can be rubbed off but it can be scratched if something hard like a knife cut it. Although it does add to the thickness and if you have parts that are a tolerance fit, it needs to be masked off. Colors are accurate and do not stain. One of my cerakote projects included white and with all the oil and grease it sees, it can be cleaned off very easily. The only downside is the difficulty in cerakoting. The resources and set up will take a day, especially for the first time preparing but it is well worth it. ... show more
