Salt is fantastic, as it should be for the price, but it’s really small and the grinder isn’t the best. Salt collects in the sides and dumps out unevenly if your not careful. Would definitely buy in a bag and put in a decent grinder or use coarse.

The media could not be loaded. I have followed a Trend I’m sure allot of you have been down Barbara Oneil’s rabbit holes and I can honestly say I have seen a difference! I actually have added it into my food instead of regular salt! Also my daughter who drives me crazy who don’t drink much water as she should and she is an athlete so I make her use a little on her tounge and drink water behind it!
