I bought two of these, the Rose Gold for myself and the Grey for my son. Both are great in that they are hefty and sturdy enough for what we need. When you place them into the position you need, they don't move easily out of place. It takes a little force to change the stands position so I know it's not going to move out of position unless I intend it to. Only problem is, my son's is missing two of the rubbber pads that help keep your phone/tablet from moving on the stand. In the photos of mine you can see there are four square grey pads, two at the top and one in each of the 'fingers'. His Grey stand is missing the two pads at the top. Not a really huge deal as he can probably find something to use in place of the missing ones, just a little annoying. Not something that would make us want to return his. I ordered a third for my other son, so we are happy with them over all and they are well worth the price! ... show more

I have a habit of sitting my phone on the stove and I know that was not going to end well. This is nice and sturdy it keeps it off the counter and the base is flat so it kind of tucks under my cutting board. This phone stand is well built, looks very nice, and folds for easy packing / travel. It's a bit stiff to open and adjust but once adjusted it holds very well without wobbling or moving. I would recommend, especially for those looking for a portable phone or tablet stand.
