I have medium complexion with extremely dark under eye circles. Love the way it applies, it brightens under eye. However, the color (pink) was not sufficient to camouflage my darkness. After I applied it, I added some peach/apricot corrector on top and it helped significantly. Will be trying some additional colors. ... show more

I normally don't purchase cosmetics that are produced in other countries (with the exception of US, Italy and Canada), because I am very particular of what I put on my skin which tends to be very sensitive to topical product. I also have rocesa? on my cheeks. I sifted through the many, many reviews on this product and decided to give it a try. I ordered it with the hopes of minimizing the dark circles under my eyes. I am happy to say after a few months of using this product I am officially SOLD! I have very, very pale, almost translucent skin coloring and this pink eye brightener blended perfectly! It is creamy, moisturizing and definitely gives the under-eye area a "glow up"! If you are tired of looking tired on your work video calls and/or the security camera at the self-checkout of your local grocery/big box store :) don't hesitate! I've been using the Catrice Under Eye Brightener for a few months now, and honestly, I'm kind of on the fence about it. It's not terrible, but it's definitely not my holy grail product. The whole "brightening" thing? Yeah, it does a little bit. The pink tone definitely helps with those bluish dark circles, but it's so light. Like, almost too light. Which, I guess, is good for a natural look, but I find it doesn't really cover much if you have serious dark circles. My biggest issue is the texture. It's super creamy, which sounds great, but it ends up feeling a bit... slippery? It doesn't seem to set properly, even when I follow the pro tip and use a powder. It tends to migrate and crease throughout the day, which is really annoying. I end up looking more tired than when I started! It's okay for a quick, minimal makeup day, but if you're looking for something that lasts and really covers, this probably isn't it. I'm giving it 3 stars because it's not a complete disaster, but I'll be looking for something else. ... show more

This review is for the “Catrice Under Eye Brightener”. I have loved the Catrice brand for almost a decade. Their products are all amazing at ridiculously low prices. Not “cheap or cheaply made”, but Catrice has dedicated to making quality products and not price gouging their customers. Finally a company that focuses on quality control and customer satisfaction. I am extremely fair so I got the shade 010- light rose, which is a perfect shade for me. I use my clean finger in the pit, warm it up between my two pointer fingers and it keeps it nice and smooth without being too thick. I apply a little on the inside and outer edge of my eyes and blend in gently with my pinky fingers. It’s best to use your pinky fingers because too much pressure in that sensitive area can be damaging to your face. Just a tiny bit hides all of my imperfections and does not crease on me. I don’t even need to set it, but I do use a setting spray all over my face out of habit. Catrice has my heart because the brand is Cruelty-Free and Paraben-Free and they use quality products like Hyaluronic Acid & Shea Butter. ... show more

Ok so I didn't leave any before/after pics because you guys can find plenty of them on here already that speak volumes about the punch this product packs! Let me tell you, I had my doubts. I saw this in a BuzzFeed article and I'd been looking for something exactly like this. I had already tried so so many high end products that promised the exact same thing that were all returned in the end. So I thought for the cheap price tag, what did I have to lose? I ordered this in the lightest shade as my skin is quite fair. It came quickly in the mail. I opened it immediately to check it out. At first feel, it is so light you'd never think it would provide any sort of cover. Let me tell you how wrong I was! With the littlest bit on the tip of my finger I gently tapped it under my eyes and my mouth literally dropped open. This was EXACTLY what I've been looking for! How in the world did this little product from Germany that cost less than $10 create the perfect under eye concealer/brightener?! It's cheap, it's effective, it doesn't cake, if it creases, you simply tap it a few times and it's good as new and it lasts ALL DAY LONG! This product is amazing. Go get it! ... show more
