This is the first Catrice product I’ve ever tried and I’m extremely impressed. The packaging is a nice, weighted glass. There is no scent to the serum which is great for me because I hate scented products. I was expecting little coverage but I was pleasantly surprised to find that the coverage was light to medium and buildable. Most importantly, the product itself works so well! I live in a humid climate and my skin is combo/oily. I used a matte primer underneath to avoid it becoming too dewy and I also set it with a pressed powder. I applied it with a damp beauty sponge but went in with a brush on and around my nose to make sure I didn’t miss any spots. I’ve had this on for seven hours as I’m writing this review and it still looks beautiful. I love that it doesn’t feel like I’m wearing anything on my skin. This just became my new fave. ... show more

This product was very like wight with a medum to full coverage, does not crease. Other makeup lays beautiful on top of it and it is great for dry skin. I have dry combination skin and it layer flawlessly on my skin with a brush and a blender. Lasts all day too good all day wear I would set it with powder though for the long wear ... show more

If you look at the first pic you will see the bottle I received and the color I ordered. Whether that sticker was taken from an 030C bottle and put on a lighter color I know not. They just don't match. The color is, of course, way to light. Had the color been what the sticker shows, it would have been a perfect match. I went to the Catrice website to do a color match before my purchase, and 030C what my color. So it's anoyone's guess. I've put a ticket in with Catrice (since you can't call) to find out what is going on. I even sent a copy of the bar code to get the correct answer. So for now I'm at a stand still. The makeup seems great. It has really nice coverage an feels good on the skin. As far as wear time, no clue. It's to light, so I removed it. It's smell's just like the Wet n Wild Photo Focus, so that's what other reviewers are talking about. If that smell bothers you, then avoid this foundation. If not, then give it a try. Great for all skin types as far as I can tell. I'll update this review once I hear back from Catrice. ***EDIT*** I did hear from Catrice and the color is correct that I received. The sticker on the bottle shows the real color after dry down. I will say that after wearing the foundation (which lasted a 10 hour day) the dry down is not as prominent as they think. Yes there is some, but the color on me did not reach the darker strip shade on the bottle. That being said, I'm going with a darker shade #046N and mixing it with the #030C. I should get the desired results. A'' that being said, I Really like this foundation. I think it works for winter but you must use a lot of moisturizer. I have had very good luck with the Catrice concealer and have used it for years and had very high hopes about this Serum Foundation. Upon application it felt wonderful and looked the same. However, as the day wore on it began to separate and become very patchy. Due to this, it began to really settle into some very small lines on either side of my mouth - pretty unsightly. In all fairness, I live in a very hot and humid environment, so that certainly took its toll on the results I had. I'm sure in a more temperate climate, this would be a lovely foundation. I am keeping my bottle and will try it for sure once we are over our summer temps. ... show more

    • Wrong shade, good formula
I have to make it work with another foundation because the shade was completely off, so if i can suggest anything, maybe order yourself 1-2 shades darker but the formula and coverage is really pretty, it feels light on the skin and you can build up the coverage without it ever feeling heavy.

Several issues. 1) Color I received looks several shades LIGHTER than what it shows on the ordering page. I am NOT the only reviewer who has commented on this so I actually bought one shade darker than I thought I might be currently (Winter). Wrong. Wearing it I looked like I was dead I was so pale. Take a look at the attached photos. The very pale bottle in a hand is mine, the beige one on a white background and the product color swatch are both from the product page. 2) NOT light to medium coverage. NOT radiant in any way, shape or form. This looked like flat matte finish wall PAINT. I used a foundation brush and buffed it to death trying to make it look better. Absolutely deathly dry and chalky, every tiny bit of peach fuzz screamed for attention, every pore and line looked like it was in a high contrast B&W photo of Death Valley. Which leads me to the next issue... 3) NOT HYDRATING AT ALL. Really horrible makeup. Let's put it this way, I couldn't wait to wash it off as my bare skin looks twenty times better than with this stuff on it. So unless you have oily skin and are related to Casper, don't waste your money!! ... show more

I found this serum foundation to be just okay. While I appreciate its lightweight feel, which makes it comfortable to wear, it turned out to be too hydrating for my skin. Unfortunately, it made me oily throughout the day. However, it does have buildable coverage and is enriched with hyaluronic acid and vitamin E, which is great for added hydration and skin benefits. However, if you have oily skin or are looking for a more matte finish, this might not be the best option. ... show more

I'm not the best with makeup and foundation is such a challenge to match online or otherwise. Thought I would try a serum style to see if I can have some light coverage and still look natural. I bought this to try and glad I did! Price makes sense for lots of reasons and, I started slow ... blending a little on some areas I wanted to reduce redness but still have summer skin glow through.
