Ordered the 100ft Cat6 and was shipped Cat8. Not sure if that was a mistake, but I'm not complaining. The cable itself is very high quality with lots of shielding. Definitely get higher-quality shielded RJ45 connectors rated for Cat6 or above if you plan on cutting and re-terminating the cable as the individual wires are a hair too thick to easily push through cheaper pass through connectors.
