Nice product but no instructions at all. Took me 10 minutes just to figure out where the sticks went to hold the top of the carrier up so it doesn’t collapse on itself. There’s small holes near the top inside of the carrier that are nearly invisible to the human eye where they go. The hand pump that came with it for the bottom cushion is garbage. If you use it you’ll be pumping for about a day just to get it halfway blown. Use an electric air pump instead. ... show more

The only things I have anything negative to say are that I had to make my own holes for the poles to keep it upright and the air pump for the cushion did not work. I would however buy this again. I am very happy with this carrier! I didn't watch the video on the listing so I am pleasantly surprised by this bags features. I got the E model, it comes with a fan, fleece heating pad, support rods to help keep the bag from being flimsy, and a power bank for the fan and heating pad. It also came with a set of fancy nail clippers that include a light, tray for catching the nails, and hidden nail file. So far the bag seems to be sturdy, my kitten hasn't been able to chew or scratch through it yet lol. It came with these two poles and a mat with a small pump thing. I was awfully confused on where I was supposed to put the poles to make sure the carrier doesn’t collapse on my cat when i picked her up. I had to literally hold the top to make sure that didn’t happen which gave my forearm a workout. It did its job, but please add instructions next time. ... show more

bought this soft-sided carrier for my cat and pretty satisfied with it. Good amount of space and comfortable for my cat (around 8lbs). I like the see through mesh material, the fan that comes with is also a nice addition. Wasn’t expecting it comes with a portable charger and free nail clipper so that was cool! Didn’t notice there’s a QR code on the package at first for instructions but after following it it’s pretty easy to assemble. It is also airline approved, so I can take it with me when I travel. There are lies in the description of this product. It has no fan and it has no heater, it doesn't have any structural frame work to support anything on the interior. I think that if you put a pet inside it, it would fold up like a pillow case around the animal. it is junk as far as I'm concerned and not fit to carry any pet in bigger than a gerbil. They supplied a blow up mat and some kind of bulb pump which doesn't work and you can't manually blow the thing up either. There is a mat of fleece like material into which the blow up thing goes, it is contained with a zipper, but I can't get the balloon blown up to see if it makes any difference. Bad choice all the way around, better for packing camping supplies rather than transporting a pet. I got taken for a ride here, don't buy this unless you want an air flowthrough softsided piece of luggage. The black and orange trim does look good, but it doesn't help the transportation of the pet. ... show more

I see now why it’s cheap. Went to pick up a cat I adopted and she pushed her self up and out of the top zipper part. Wouldn’t trust putting any animal in this carrier.
