Wow, for under twenty bucks this is an amazing deal!!! I bought Model E, which comes with a fan, pad with built in heater, a USB power bank to power the fan or heater, and bonus lighted nail clippers and a mini hand pump to inflate the pad cushion/base!!! The bad reviews (from those who could not figure out how to insert the poles or inflate the pad) seem unfair, as clearly there is an instructional video by the seller at the top of the page and a reviewer posted a pix showing exactly where the poles slide in... be resourceful folks ;) The poles slide in the top (inside) on the right and left sides to provide structure for the top. You have to use your finger to feel for the holes (on the sides of the channels) to insert the rods. The included pump works okay (but not great). Using a balloon pump was faster and an electric pump would be even faster to fill the pad cushion. The pump is more of a bonus item in my opinion and not something to warrant taking off stars. Inflating the pad cushion is a MUST to give structure to the bottom. If the pad cushion ever gets an air leak, I will replace it with a thin wood panel so that it will still have structure. There was a low rating where the buyer said they didn't get the fan or heater, but at the top of the review it shows the buyer bought Model A, which does not come with those accessories. The Model options are clearly marked at the top of the page and there is a description of what each Model includes part way down the product page (see attached screen shot). So do pay attention that you pick the Model that includes the accessories you would like. And considering it's just a couple dollars more, currently, for the Model E with all the accessories rather than Model A with no accessories, I don't know why anyone would buy Model A. The only thing I'd change about the carrier is the bright orange trim, I'm not a fan and would prefer an all black carrier. I think adding bright colors cheapens the appearance and it would look more classy being all black. However the pictures clearly show the orange trim, so I knew what I was getting. Hopefully though the manufacturer considers changing the carrier to all black with no accent color. I cannot yet comment on the long term durability as I have not used it yet to carry my dog for any length of time, but it seems built well! I think it's an unrealistic expectation for a soft carrier to contain a cat or dog that will try to bite or claw out of it. If your pet is not one that is calm in a carrier and/or you'll leave your pet unattended in the carrier, then you should stick with a hard-side plastic carrier not a soft-side carrier. If my opinion changes after using the carrier I'll update my review, but first impression is that this is a steal for under twenty when it includes so many accessories! ... show more

Nice product but no instructions at all. Took me 10 minutes just to figure out where the sticks went to hold the top of the carrier up so it doesn’t collapse on itself. There’s small holes near the top inside of the carrier that are nearly invisible to the human eye where they go. The hand pump that came with it for the bottom cushion is garbage. If you use it you’ll be pumping for about a day just to get it halfway blown. Use an electric air pump instead. ... show more

The only things I have anything negative to say are that I had to make my own holes for the poles to keep it upright and the air pump for the cushion did not work. I would however buy this again. I am very happy with this carrier! I didn't watch the video on the listing so I am pleasantly surprised by this bags features. I got the E model, it comes with a fan, fleece heating pad, support rods to help keep the bag from being flimsy, and a power bank for the fan and heating pad. It also came with a set of fancy nail clippers that include a light, tray for catching the nails, and hidden nail file. So far the bag seems to be sturdy, my kitten hasn't been able to chew or scratch through it yet lol. It's also a lot cheaper than most other carriers out there, so you're getting more for what you're paying! ... show more

It came with these two poles and a mat with a small pump thing. I was awfully confused on where I was supposed to put the poles to make sure the carrier doesn’t collapse on my cat when i picked her up. I had to literally hold the top to make sure that didn’t happen which gave my forearm a workout. It did its job, but please add instructions next time. ... show more

I bought this for my medium/large cat, but it is not very sturdy. I put my cat on the bed while we were loading the car and he ended up rolling on the floor in the carrier.
