I ordinarily give grain free raw or pure beef with sweet potatoes to my highly allergic dog. Looked like a great choice, but she wouldn't eat it. I give up. It was a suggestion from the pet shop. I will be making homemade dog food for her. It was worth a try.

This is excellent dry dog food (also the canned dog food) and covers all the nutritional needs and more for your dog’s health. If you can afford the price, it’s well worth it. Think of it this way : the extra you will pay for premium dog food will save money in much costlier vet bills.

I have two dogs, a 1 year old golden retriever and a 4 year old beagle. Both are in great health but wanted to make sure we stuck with an all natural, organic dog food. Recently, my beagle has been sneezing and backward sneezing like crazy. I know everyone is having bad allergies this year but it recently became alot more than usual. She would eat her food at dinner but not in the morning. I switched to the chicken and sweet potato and she gulped that down this morning. My golden has been great, her coat is super soft. My dog likes this brand of food. It’s expensive but worth it. He’s a husky and is sometimes picky but he seems to like this food and the salmon one as well. I have noticed that he sheds less with the salmon one although it does cause him softer stools sometimes. So I alternate between this one and the salmon one. The freeze dried bites crumble into dust by the time it gets shipped to our homes!! My dog is trying to lick the annoying crumbs out of his mouth and lips for an hour. THE FREEZE DRIED bits are NOT a good idea….they DO NOT SHIP WELL!! Please figure something else out or I will switch brands to a more consistent manufacturer! Last 3 bags have the same issue!!
