I’m not sure why there’s a huge space between the floor and the beginning branches on the bottom of the tree. It looks like we did not receive the last piece in the box.

Last year my tree broke and the person who broke it went out and brought me some crappy tree that looked worst than a Charlie brown tree. This year, I had to do christmas right, so I purchased this tree and it was almost everything I could wish for. I did have some pieces to the branch that broke off but no whole branches; my daughter enjoyed making bracelets out of those pieces. I the main problem that I had with this tree is there were some spaces that were bear; not enough to ruin the beauty of Christmas, just some places where some branches couldnt reach; it was either to high up, down or not far enough over. If there was an option of buying extra branches to add, I would do that. Even though it was fake, it looked very close to real once decorated with lights and orniments. I got so many compliments on my tree and it was so fun and easy to put up; the kids loved spreading out the branches. ... show more
