Returned the first charger as it just blinked green and wouldn’t charge the phone. The charger that we receives as the exchange also does not work. It is being returned too.

    • Easy to install
I’ve tried to have it installed, so the first step is to remove your ashtray out, and then remove the cup holder for easy installation. Have the power plugged into the cigarette lighter and it’s good to go. The charging speed is acceptable but not fast due to its max out at 10w. I really appreciate the extra usb port, it gives me an option to charge another phone while I’m using the wireless charger. ... show more

    • We r normal intelligent peeps, but not particularly mechanical/technical, & we couldn't install this
i can't really review this item completely, because i got for my son's mercedes. and he can't figure out how to install it. we may wait until somebody with more tech savvy is available to do it, but as is, we can't install it -which has to do with US and NOT the product. however, assuming it works ok, i CAN review it on the basis of being so difficult to install, such that a smart, ordinary (but not excessively techie) person can't figure it out (despite the instructions, which don't appear to be very helpful). so that's not a small thing. and based on that, i would rate it at 3 stars: for being so hard to install. (i'll update, if we ever get it installed.) ... show more

This wireless charger is a fantastic addition to my 2019 GLC. It's a seamless upgrade that adds convenience and modern functionality to my car's interior. The installation process was straightforward, and the wireless charging feature works flawlessly. One just needs to remove the existing inbuilt ash tray. While the 10W charging speed isn't the fastest, it's sufficient for most devices. I was excited to use this guy, but it did not fit my C300 even though the description said that it did. It was too big to fit in the gap.

At fist i thought the product didn't fit my car but noticed there was an ash tray installed in that slot already. If you have one as well, you can pull it straight out and then the charger will slide right into place as shown in the instructions. The charger looks like it belongs there and works well. Additionally, it also gives you a USB port in case you want to plug in a second phone or other USB device. The compartment door still closes and the drink holders are still fully accessible so you don't lose anything but the ash tray. If you have a problem closing the compartment, you may just need to slide the charger in a little further. It will then snap into place and you can close the compartment (even with your phone inside on the charger). ... show more
