The octagon shape fit perfect with my round glass top dining room set and was large enough for the chairs to sit comfortably on the rug without touching the floor. The shape and color gives off a unique, classy and elegant look that appears to be more expensive than the cost of the rug. The rug was rolled up and delivered in a long rectangle shaped box. Review is for 5' round I purchased this rug in August 2022. The colors are deep and rich. The rug feels nice under bare feet. I have three cats and the rug has stood up to repeated vacuuming without losing vibrancy. No pilling or loose strings. I would like to see less white in the rug but the picture shows the white so I can't deduct for that. The rug is rolled super tight and should be rolled onto a tube. Here is what I did to the tight end to get it to lie flat-- I laid the carpet out and on the tight end I rolled in the opposite direction and left it that way for a half hour to an hour (the floor actually prevented it from unrolling) then when I straightened it out the end laid flat like it should. It seems to be a well made carpet, you can't see the backing through the fibers and the fibers are somewhat short so animal claws aren't going to catch on it. The carpet has a nice soft feel to it also. The coloring isn't like it is shown on the computer screen but that is OK. ... show more

This rug was exactly what I was looking for and is perfect for my space and decor. It’s hard to find rugs in this style in this color palette. I couldn’t have designed one better myself. It arrived rolled and wrapped in plastic. Very easy to unpack and it flattened out nicely after a day or two. The rug was clean and didn’t have any odors or chemical/factory snells. It does slide pretty easily, but it doesn’t bother me as I now have furniture on top of it to hold it in place. You might consider getting a backing if that’s a concern for you. It is comfortable on bare feet, plush without being difficult to vacuum. I am completely satisfied and feel that this is an excellent value for your money. ... show more

Purchased this rug for our kitchen to replace a rug we purchased that came in the wrong color. Seeing what came in we should’ve stuck with the old one. This rug is not as nice as it looks and pictures it is not thick at all that is very thin. It’s taking days for the rug to straighten out and the pile is very, very thin. The only reason why I’m keeping it., to use somewhere else, is because I like the color. Would not recommend if you want thicker rug ... show more
