Seems fine. Describes country of origin as USA. It's not. It's CHINA. They probably all are... I was just expecting a product to be as described. Haven't install yet. Not sure if I will yet. Also, no box. Shipped in a bag w/ no name. So I have no idea if these are genuinely Carlson parts.

    • Good Kit But Missing E-Brake Arm Stud Wave Washers
Good, well made kit overall but it was missing the wave spring washers (2 required) that go on the E-Brake arm stud under the clip. I reused the old wave washers but if this is your first time working on this type of Bendix drum you might not know about the wave washer and overlook reinstalling them, if they came with the kit then you'd look for them and where they go and replace them. 2003 Ford Ranger PU with 10" Bendix rear drums. ... show more

I ordered one kit that was short of selfadjusting parts. This kit had the cables and extra pieces to do the whole job.

    • Carlson H2335 for 10" drums
I was only able to use around 4 parts in this kit for my 9" brakes. The top springs, hold down springs and adjuster tension spring cable were for the 10" I was still able to use the adjuster tension spring cable by putting two knots near the eyelet. But it was slightly tighter than it should be. I would k-not advise doing it yourself but one of the used ones was broken. I used a plastic style quick clamp to hold the shoes in place to put the hold down springs on.( whatever they call them) Small vise grip holding the spring cap was still a pain to turn so close to the shoe. One review says to turn the rod instead of the spring. I hadn't tried that. There is a small brake tool for this. It would be helpful if the back of the retainer pin had wings like a wing nut. ... show more
