Drewtech has been around for a long time and offers quality tools that work and top notch tech support. I started with a cardac plus and used it from 2007 until now. With the changes in programming I had to upgrade. I successfully used this with Witech 2.0 earlier today to program an extra key on a new Grand Cherokee. My disappointment is with the flimsy case the unit came in. I wouldn't be writing this if one of the latches was broken off and not even in the box that it was shipped in. It's not a great experience for a $1800 purchase. Amazon is great, but it looks like my only option is to return the whole item. I'd like to get a latch for my case (dee picture). It seems silly to return the whole thing for such a small issue. Honestly haven’t even tried to use it yet. Been trying for over a week now to set up the agreement form. Called, left voicemails, sent emails, and yet nothing in return. Going to send this back, spent over 3k on it and can’t even access the venues I payed for. Am able to use the pass thru but no actual support with parameter updates ect. ... show more
