This is a very nice pickleball paddle, but I am not a fan of the smooth grip. I prefer a grip with a raised ridge. I can add a new raised ridge grip easily enough, but it adds to the cost of the racket and I am not sure I would have purchased this particular racket if I had know it had a smooth grip. The two tone color of the grip looks like it is a raised ridge grip but it is not. If you like a smooth paddle grip, I believe you will like this paddle.
