I wanted a safe place for the phone, which otherwise slides around the console or gets lost in the gaps in the van. This pouch seemed like a handy solution. However the pouch is roomy-but not roomy enough for a phone sideways, nor to fit one upright with a small wallet, or glasses. So my phone (and most people have larger ones than a Galaxy)-flops loosely in it back and forth, unless I put my thin card wallet to hold it steady. Bigger phones most likely fall out too easily, especially if the pouch is installed on a door. The rubber Velcro adhesive over the entire back is complete overkill for the weight the pouch would support and will probably tear off any finish if pulled hard enough to come off the surface. I’d cut a few strips of the Velcro at most, if it finds a useful place as part of your car or other. . I’ve mixed feelings about its usefulness/annoyance; the price makes it worthwhile to try. However, the “gray” is more greenish-light gray/beige, nondescript color, not what was shown. ... show more
