Worked on my Ford E350 5.4 liter gasoline engine with dead battery on a cold day II sure like this lithium ion jump starter for many reasons but mostly because it worked to jump start my dead battery giant Ford E350 with a 5.4 liter gasoline engine. I don’t drive my E350 work van as much as I need to. The battery goes dead really quickly because of a Phantom Battery Drain that I have not been able to find. When I know I am parking my van for a long time, I occasionally put on a trickle battery charger. Alas sometimes I forget to put on the trickle battery charger and I have to get two drivers and drive my truck up to it to jump start it. Well this time when my work van would not start, I was happy to try out my Lithium Battery Jump Starter. I did not think that it would work when comparing the dinky size of the unit’s battery cables to the heavy gauge size of my regular Jumper Cables. I was really happy that it worked to start my work van on a really cold day at 20 degrees Fahrenheit. This system includes a really nice case that is NOT shown on the web page description. You have to have your own USB 5 volt power supply to charge it up. Other than that there are all the other necessary supplies included in that really nice storage case. I recently used it once to start my gasoline car, and it worked flawlessly without any issues, it is very easy to use with clear instructions. It's convenient to have it on hand, as it's compact and easy to carry, and it can also used as a power bank. It's quite handy and performs competitive to my other backup jump starter, while the price is much higher than other similar products in the market. The media could not be loaded. This battery jumper is a MUST for your roadside emergency kit! This one device incorporates various tools you may need if you happen to find yourself stuck on the side of the road. Obviously, the main feature is the battery jump starter. The jump box is small enough to hold in your hand & everything conveniently tucks away in a hard-shell carrying case. It powers on with a button located on the front. Immediately giving you a large digital display of the box’s power percentage that’s easy to read, even in the dark. Jumper cables are included & they easily connect to the box via a port located on the side. This makes jump-starting your battery very straight forward, safe, & simple. If a jump start isn’t what you need, it also operates as a bright LED flashlight by double pressing the power button. I’ve included a picture as an example of how bright it is. My guest bedroom stays completely dark & this light was able to brighten the entire room. Press the button again & the flashlight turns into an emergency flasher & SOS. Located on the side of the box are 2 USB (output) ports. One of which supports fast charging. There’s a type C (input) port on the side as well. This way you can quickly charge other devices you may need in an emergency. Instructions & a Type C charging cable are included. If you have a device connected for charging, it will display on the screen as “output” or “fast”. Once you’ve reached a full charge the box will automatically shut off to save on battery life. This is one of the best pieces of equipment to keep in your car. Just for peace of mind, even if you never have to use it. If you’ve ever been stuck on the side of the road with a dead battery, you’ll appreciate this even more. Ironically, the battery in my bf's truck went dead the day after this arrived. The pack had it back in business in less than minute, including set up. Our only complaint is how long it takes to recharge it which is why i took off 1 star.

This is a review of the Car Jump Starter Portable, Acmount 1500A Peak Jump Starter Battery Pack for Up to 7L Gas & 5.5L Diesel Engine, 12V Portable Car Battery Starter with LED Display, USB Quick Charge. This thing has been a lifesaver for several people I have encountered. I have jumped off about 9 people since I have had this and it has not failed yet. It can even take on a fire truck. My department was on an accident scene for a long time and the new firefighter shut the truck off with all the lights still running. Needless to say, when he attempted to start the truck, it wouldn’t do anything but bump the starter. I had my doubts that this would have enough juice to even do anything for it, but it surprised me. The truck started as thought it had a fully charged battery on it. The module is seemingly well constructed. My only concern would be the durability of the rechargeable battery in it, but it has already paid for itself. I’ve debated about starting a side business with this little box of dynamite (just kidding). ... show more
