This is thin and doesn’t stand very tall and it’s flimsy. The bottom straps aren’t compatible with my car since there is no place to secure them to.’y two puppies (A 4 month old beagle puppy and a six month old lab Retriever mix can easily step or hop over this. What I need to get is the metal dividers the police have to keep these two out of the front seats since they both try to get onto my lap when I’m driving. I have a 13 week old Goldendoodle and he is very explorative. This certainly did not stop him. My Rav4 is not made with legs on the bottom of the front so I couldn't attach bottom part of barrier. He figured how to get under on the 2nd ride and by the end of week he had jumped over it to get to the front. This is probably made more fore small dogs under 15lbs. ... show more

This is perfect! I have an Element and drive a dog shuttle this keeps the dogs from the back coming to the front and worse stepping on my coffee! It's nice and long fits perfect!

    • Stretching the boundaries
This is a great product! However, the bottom straps could be longer. I was able to make the top work, but the bottom straps wouldn’t even touch the seat rails let alone wrap around them to lock it down. Also be careful moving your seats as they’ll pull the top to breaking it stretched too far apart, such as laying one seat back too far. ... show more

    • Decent product, does the job
Bottom strap broke within a month. I bought this net to keep my Labradoodle in the back of my van. It does the job, but he still can fit his head in the side gaps. Decent product, just didn't fit my van quiet right. The straps need to be longer to account for wider vehicles.

It’s a large barrier, but my very large lab can still jump over it. It does make it safer to drive because he use to squeeze his big old body in between the seats and now he can’t. He only jumps over it when I’m parked, and we’re working on that little trick. It does stop my smaller dog though.

    • Perfection!
Perfect for our SUV to keep our 3 large pups in back. Much better than the other looser mesh ones I’ve seen as there’s no risk of them getting a nail or paw or nose caught in it but still allows air flow.

    • Cheap material straps break easily
The plastic buckle broke on my second ride with my dogs. This thing is very cheaply made. I do not recommend unless you have a very small dog (mine is a medium size dog and very curious during rides this broke it with very little effort).
