I actually bought this for the shade, I put it on a table lamp. I have to say the colors and style/design are great. I have a craftsman house and this looks very authentic, like it's been there for 100 years. It would be beautiful hanging as intended, 1 or even 2 over a dining table, pool table or kitchen island. This has added a lot more light to my counter top/sink area. I love the style and it is lightweight. This isn't real glass, but looks like it. Real stained glass shades of this size would be heavy and expensive. My husband does stained glass this was a nice compromise and he didn't have to make it.

We were in the process of building a new home and were not finding some of the lighting we wanted in local stores. I do stained glass myself and was looking for the "Craftsman" style decor. We found this online and it's absolutely beautiful! We installed it in the kitchen over the sink. Arrived super well packaged and there's lots of color variations (tho' basically yellow and orange). Very well designed light. Well built and packed securely. I had my electrician install it and “ swag” it to center on my dining table. There was plenty of chain and wiring length to allow this to be done.
