This ceiling light is wonderful…..it emits a yellowish gold through the pattern and onto the ceiling….it’s beautiful. Even if you use a bright white bulb….there will still be a yellowish tint to the light that reflects out of this fixture….it works for my room and adds a comfortable classy look. Again this was a great purchase for me…p,us it was easy to install. Took minutes and attached to the old fixture hardware so I didn’t need use the hardware that came with the unit. ... show more

you will have to buy a separate plate to install it. This is an incredibly cheap product. You are basically just buying the rattan shade. which is quite lovely and why I didn't return it.
