Excellent product. The sound is very clear and the bass (big plus) is wonderful. Even at low volume the bass is present at a clean and clear level. The USB cable supplied is simple to use but the connector from other device chargers fit in case this cable is lost…..it is a huge benefit to not have to worry about proprietary connectors as that will be a cost soon enough when the cable is misplaced. Everything needed is in the package which is nice and aesthetic as the internal components. The folded directions is nice hard stock that can be stored for reference with very clear graphics and text that anyone proficient in English OR NOT can follow to use this product well. The cover for the earpieces snaps shut nicely and holds in place compared to another product I previously had…..it will not fly open therefore securing the earpieces for the next time they are needed. ... show more

I love the wireless charging case. The design of the case is attractive and I like the white color. The case can be plugged in charging while I am using the headphones which is very convenient. I can even wear one headphone and listen to music or a podcast or video while the other is charging in the case for continuous enjoyment. The connection for charging worked well and they easily and immediately start charging just by putting them into the case. The gauge on the front of the case is super convenient to show how much charge is left and shows the battery life when the headphones are placed in them and how much charge it is receiving while charging. It charges quickly also using a USB C type charging cord. This is the best, safest, fastest, and universal charging port available. They are also easily stored in the case when not being used. This is so convenient and the battery life is good and long lasting. The headphone design is sleek and stylish. They automatically connect to my phones Bluetooth when taken out of the case and disconnect when in the case. They are very comfortable to wear and stay in my ears securely. I am not worried about them falling out easily while moving around. The sound quality is good and they cancel noise well. I recommend these headphones and would purchase them again. For all of the reasons listed above I am giving these headphones 5 stars.
