A bit longer than traditional training flippers for lap swimming but they fit well, are comfortable and work well AND I can use one pair for snorkeling (a few times per year) or lap swimming (3 times weekly). Adjustable heel strap make these easier to put on and take off than the hard heel slip ons.

Really good product and in good condition but, its too wide. Good speed, good flexibility, good straps and versatility. It fits fine on 39-40 Euro but its too big and wide for 36-38 Euro.

I was looking for a light weight travel friendly fin to do some casual snorkeling while on vacation & these are perfect for that! My recent trip to Xcaret Mexico allowed me to test them in several different lagoons, cenotes a beach & they performed flawlessly! The fins are true to size, can fin in a checked bag or even medium sized back pack, are easy to adjust, comfortable to wear (even without swim socks), easy to walk short distances in & despite their smaller size provide enough propulsion for your basic snorkeling needs. Some people mentioned that they came off their feet easily while swimming, I am not sure why they had problems but I had zero issues in that regard. Two things to note, when you are adjusting the heel straps be sure to adjust both sides on each foot simultaneously so that the wide part of the strap is centered on the back of your heel & the strap is putting even pressure across the back of the heel for the best fit & comfort & as with other fins be sure to get the inside wet prior to slipping them on. ... show more

I have fins that are over two feet long that I snorkel with. They are great. I bought these for my wife and son to use due to low cost and ease of packing in carryon. After a half dozen trips out, my son had no problem keeping up with me and loved these fins. I wished I had bought a pair for myself so I could've travelled more easily and discretely. Open healed fins have come a long way. These are much more comfortable and user friendly. The low cost and ease of carry is the best part. We got the bright blue ones. The wife loved them and she looked good snorkeling on the DJI and go pro in the Caribbean. These are good fins.

I loved the idea of these short fins! I purchased them for "traveling" so they would fit in a suitcase and be more convenient when carrying them around on the beach for snorkeling. They met that goal! (5 star) I am use to using Atomic split fins or other normal size (longer) fins for snorkeling. These shorties, as i call them, do work BUT not as good as normal size fins! It takes much more leg work to propel yourself through the water and at times when i was in stronger current or choppy water, i sometimes felt i wasn't making much progress. (2-3 stars). The energy i used to propel myself forward caused me to have to stop and rest more often and i am very experienced. I had first timers with me and i am glad i brought the normal size fins and had my inexperienced family use those. Normal fins propel you through the water faster with less energy spent. I would NOT recommend short fins for unexperienced people in any type of current/choppy water. I don't feel it wound be an enjoyable experience and in my opinion it is not safe if in current/choppy water. Honestly, even in calmer waters, it still takes double the kicking to propel yourself through the water when compared to normal size fin (2-3 stars). I was needing to supply 4 people with full snorkel gear (that's alot to lug around) so i am still glad i bought these shorties. They are super easy packing, carrying, storing (5 Star). But i do think if you only have to carry around 1 set for yourself, normal size is still the way to go. Overall, i think i would give them a 3star but not sure if that is fair because they are shorties, and they just aren't going to work like normal size fins ... show more
