I really have no complaints other than a stiff power switch. Make no mistake, this is a polishing machine, not really a buffing machine which is orbital and does a fine job when used properly. I like the fact that it's 110 volt so I don't have to charge and swap batteries continually and I don't mind the use of an extension cord. It does have some weight to it but non the less feels sturdy and well built. It did a great job on oxidized tail light lenses and headlights as well as spot touch ups on paint blemishes. On a side note, I even used it to rejuvinate a couple pieces of real wood furniture pieces. At this price point, this is a worthwhile piece of equipment where the only limit is you're imagination for use. ... show more

Really good polisher, came with a buttload of goodies. It gets a little heavy after a while of use. But the price is well worth it. I mainly use it on motorcycles and for restoring weathered polycarbonate (plastic) headlights. Reccomend.

This is my 3rd polisher in the last 12+ yrs, and its a good, sturdy build. Has some weight to it, which is a good thing. I find it very easy to operate and I like the controls. It can be loud at times, but that just means the motor is heavy duty. However one thing i find that's lacking are the pads. After only one use the green set of pads are done, the smallest 1" is destroyed, while the 2" and 3" are already worn down. Not sure if perhaps i got a bad batch with bad quality. I know over time the pads will wear out, but after a first use?? Debating now if i should return the whole kit, which sucks because the polisher itself I like and is really good. ... show more

If you have ever waxed and polished your car you know how much of a pain it is to get all the wax off once you have applied it. It seems easy enough, but then manually buffing the polish off by hand takes time and a lot of effort and elbow grease. This rotary buffing machine makes this task super easy and less effort than manually polishing. It also saves you lots of time as you will be done polishing your car in about a quarter of the time and the results are amazing to say the least. Never would I thought I could get a near mirror polish just buy using this tool and the proper compound for it. The finish it leaves is like as if it was showroom quality and looking better than new. The rotation speed is adjustable with the speed dial on the back, and I would suggest you start out on low speed first and then increase it as needed. the cord is long and looks to be heavy duty so it will last a long time. It comes with a lot of different buffing pads that are also different sizes to get in those really small curves in the body of the car. There are also there extensions so you can really get into places to polish like around door jams and handles. They also supply you with replacement electric motor brushes as they will wear out over time with use as this is not a brushless motor. A simple wrench is also included to attach the extensions if you need to. This is a complete kit with everything to get you started right out of the box except the polish.
