I do wish the door for the paper was a little more secure, but I am overall happy with the camera!! Used the camera, fully charge for a sleepover, woth 4 6yr olds. I saw this on instagram the other day and thought it was really cute for my daughters so i came on here to buy it. My daughters (7 & 9) have their friends over for sleepover nights from time to time so i gave this to them this past weekend to take photos with their friends. Honestly, it kept them entertained the entire night (which was a mom win) while they took photos during their dance parties. Really the main reason i got this was for the thermal paper aspect ---- I LOVE that it is thermal paper so i did not have to care about how many photos they were taking where some other camera out there you have to pay for actual polaroid film, etc. You can buy more thermal paper on amazon for close to nothing, so this will be a staple for the girls and their friends in the future. This is the reponse from Canon Toys If the above does not work and you have your receipt, you can exchange the camera from the retailer you purchased the item from as the cameras has a 1-year manufacturing warranty and if the reset button If does not work then it sounds like it must be a faulty unit.
