I got this keyboard for my grandson birthday. When I called my son three weeks later to see if my grandson loved the gift, my son stated that he went out to buy batteries for the keyboard. I asked him why did he do that. He said there was no power cord. I sent him a picture of what supposed to come in the box. He said the power cord and the microphone was not included in the box. I feel so embarrass. I should have called my son soon as get got the gift. Now I have to order a power cord and microphone. I don't think the company will send me a power cord and microphone since its been about a month that I purchased it. I suggest that you open up the box to make sure that all of its contents is included. Even if it's for a gift. ... show more

Works well for a beginner's keyboard. My son loves his keyboard and been playing with this nonstop since i bought this. Very lightweight. Loud. Great that it can be used with headphones. I wanted something with a bit more features (recording sounds to be played back) but I wasn't sure what to look for and the keyboards I found cost more than I wanted to spend on this first purchase. My only recommendation is that you get one with a stand. I didn't think I needed one, but it is a little awkward to set on a tabletop...too high. ... show more

Had to return because package did not include microphone. Space between keys to narrow for adult fingers. Fine for children under 15 or adults with narrow fingers. Sound quality not good. Power cord too short. Must be next to outlet to plug in cord in order to play. Has most features of more expensive keyboards, such as organ, violin, flute, etc. ... show more

    • Disappointed I cannot find a keyboard floor stand for it.
I am satisfied with the keyboard, although it is not the best sound quality. Has a lot of extra sounds, rhythms, etc. I purchased it to play my hymns on since I have been unable to go to church. I need a floor stand. I'm not comfortable on a table or my lap. I am unable to find a floor stand to hold the keyboard. I am returning it. It didn't work from the beginning with the batteries. When I first took it out of the box it felt so light and flimsy. It just felt cheap with no weigh. Sure enough music stand breaks an when the dog knocked it over it really quit working ! I would have sent it back but my kids' threw the box away ! Good product for the price. Keep in mind it's a light weight toy not a real keyboard although it has a lot of features. Bought for a 4yr old how has a huge liking for music. Happy buyer.
