Grew up enjoying hot dense chocolate, then it saddened me when in US could not find it, until I browsed Amazon. It’s a special treat, even if pricey, that I allow myself once in a while. It’s fast and really full of chocolate flavor. Be back next month.

Kids loved this hot chocolate. I used a frothing wand to mix powder with a little bit of warm milk, then put mix and the rest of milk into a small pot and simmered slowly till it became dense, almost pudding consistency. My kids have a sweet tooth, and they liked the sweetness and the taste of this hot chocolate. No need to add anything. I tried several times to make it in microwave and was not able to get it right, doing it on a stove turned out to be easier. ... show more

This product is nice , I wanted to make it more thicker but it never happened , I guess that is my fault , I should have out less liquid or something . I first enjoyed hot chocolate Italian style in Italy a few years ago. The only resource I could find here was Amazon. I was not disappointed. Ciobar was as good as I remembered hot chocolate in Italy. Everyone should try it...it is so much more satisfying than what we here in America are accustomed to. ... show more
