I really love this futon! It delivered on time. All parts were included. I got 1 extra of each screw. I assembled this myself. But had to have husband tighten 4 of the hinge screws for me. By that time my fingers were sore from tightening with the Allen Key (included in shipment). Instructions were simple and easy to follow. It doesn’t matter if it is right sided or left sided as both ends lower and can face which ever way you need it to. It comes with 4 pillows and a mattress. These all have zippers for the covers. 2 of the pillows I put on fuzzy pillow cases and love it! In my picture I added 2 pillows and a blanket. Very cozy for my sunroom! We love it!! We live FT in a Class A motor home and this fits perfectly where the couch was at one time. It fits perfectly width wise as it fits on the slide. Very comfortable, soft, and attractive. The media could not be loaded. Took the measurements into account & fit perfectly! Relatively short, but works for us. Easily fixed into bed mode for my petite mom (5’/110lbs) who stays for long periods of time. Took measurements into consideration & found some storage boxes to fit underneath. Very easy to assemble. My wife and 17 year old son did it in about an hour or less. Even easier for me. Very comfortable. Cushions, all of them, are well designed and sturdy. It is in the sun room and makes for a perfect sitting or lounging unit. Very satisfied

I bought it to have an extra place to sleep when the grandkids come. Looks nice, cushions are thick and comfortable. As a couch, it works fine, though it is a bit small. But as a bed there is a major problem--when the arms are folded down, they are easily broken. You've got to warn your guests that they CANNOT sit on the end of the "bed" without breaking it. I'm pretty handy at furniture assembly, but his was a challenge. I wish they offered it with different colored cushions. ... show more

Easy to assemble. Perfect for my bedroom balcony. Beautiful high quality ivory cushions. I also brought an outdoor furniture cover as I will be using this outdoors. Don't hesitate to buy. Just be sure to measure your space correctly.
