For years my racquetball playing ability has been extended by a contraption I assembled using a sleeve cuff and a cuff brace to relieve the pain in my arm, generally diagnosed as tendonitis. But now, I believe i have found what I need in one integrated product. I utilized the CAMBIVO Elbow Compression Sleeve playing 5 games (won 3) with no pain during or afterwards. The sleeve fits well and is well designed and well constructed. The "pressure pads" are located properly and provide the needed compression on the areas of my arm affected and which otherwise would be in pain. The sleeve is snug but not constricting. I was initially concerned that I might have difficulty applying the strap myself one handed but this proved unfounded as the Velcro attaches and hold the strap securely on one end, enabling you to wrap it around and secure the other end. I am thankful that I only require the Sleeve on one arm but happy that there are two in this set, which allows for one to be washed and drying while still having one for playing a match. ... show more

I randomly suffer from tendinitis in my elbows from lifting heavy things every day and I was interested in trying out a compression sleeve to see if it helps alleviate some of those symptoms. This 2 pack of sleeves are a little confusing as to how to wear them, but I eventually figured it out. The sizing also plays a big role in how they will work for you, I fell into the middle of a size so it worked out well for me, but you may need to go smaller or larger depending on where you fit into the size scale. As for the material, it's soft enough and slides onto the arm smoothly, the padded sides are not intrusive or uncomfortable and you can immediately feel the support. I prefer not wearing the including strap to tighten the sleeve further around your upper forearm, as it leads to skin pinching, again, for me. With that said, I do plan on continuing to use these on the days where I feel the arm/elbow weirdness kicking in, and it's a fairly priced pack of two, so yeah, I'm comfortable giving it 4-stars. It is fairly comfortable to wear, but I am not sure if I am wearing it right or not. There weren’t any instructions included on how to put it on or how the strap works to help alleviate the pain. I am wearing mine for bursitis in my elbow so the two padded parts for tennis or golfers elbow are almost in the way. Would be better if those were removable. ... show more

The material is fairly breathable and when all straps are secured, it provides a nice and even pressure that is pretty darn effective at supporting my elbow/forearm tendons & musculature! The gel pad areas provide additional support for the sides of the elbow - I did not feel like my range of motion was compromised as it is with some of the other more 'heavy' or 'rigid' sleeves. Don't get me wrong, this is a very vell made sleeve - it seems to be made for an active lifestyle - it's not made to limit motion range. I can wear this all day around the office and in the warehouse, I almost forget it's on my arm. Gives very good support when I'm lifting or grasping and turning/pulling valves or the difficult to open and close latches that secure our shipping containers. Highly recommended for anyone with tendinitis in the elbow/upper forearm. This compression sleeve makes my work a lot more comfortable to perform. Two thumbs up! ... show more

Nice that these sleeves are slightly adjustable with the removable strap, and with the gel padding that is supposed to add support, these are better than basic elbow sleeves. However, instructions are only found online at the product listing page, didn't come with the package. I didn't check online first, and was trying it out in different configurations, and if used improperly, can actually hurt your elbow instead. So definitely read the instructions you find online here first before using. ... show more

I didn't realize that these came as a pair so that was a nice surprise. These are well made and comfortable fabric. They provide nice compression on my elbow and forearm. These are going right into my brace stash for when I desperately need some elbow pain relief during warmer weather activities.

This 2pk of elbow sleeves offer nice compression for achy elbows. The logo is meant to go on the tricep - it would be nice to know this from instructions.... The gel pads can offer additional support, when used with the additional straps for giving a little extra pressure.

This 2 pack of elbow braces are breathable and comfortable. It took my a minute to figure out which way they are to be put on but ultimately i determined the C logo on the brace goes on the tricep (back side of the bicep). There are loose straps that can be added for extra compressions on the forearm and there are small pentagon shapes to indicate where they are to be used. I used the chart for sizing and it was a perfect fit. Nice braces but no padding on the back of the elbow. The two gel inserts go on the sides of the elbow joint providing extra support ... show more
