I have had the worst time trying to find a product to remove stains and smells from my pets. This smells good. Seems to clean good, but like all other products nothing gets rid of the stain permanently. I find bleach to be the best at keeping stains at bay for the longest amount of time. I have a light carpet so the bleach doesn't really effect the color. I am also getting ready to remove all carpet and put down an engineered wood flooring so I won't have to deal with carpet for much longer, just fur flying everywhere! LOL ... show more

I didn't really notice a difference, I thought it would help with all my pet stained carpet. I didn't, it worked on the one stain that was new and smelled like orange.

The product smells great at first application. But as it penetrates, the odors may momentarily intensify. However, the carpet will become fresh again as soon as the carpet is dry.

I’m not sure if it works better than others. I’ve read all the instructions and followed them. It takes a ton of #2 reapplying on older cat urine (on chair cushions or anything it seeped into). It seems to work but now I’m almost out of #2 with lots of #1. Guess I’ll just buy #2 since it’s the smell of the urine we’re trying to eliminate. It’s expensive for the size/amount received when you consider it takes multiple applications to remove set in odors. We tried the other not so cheap enzyme cleaners but when it’s humid you could smell the odor deep down which drives me nuts (I have a super sniffer and can smell nasty from a mile away🤣). Unfortunately, once the odor has been “removed” with #2, our cat has far better sense of smell than any human super sniffer. He waits to repeat his obnoxious pee habit on our one favorite but cursed rocking chair cushion. Yes he’s neutered, doesn’t have urinary crystals/issues. I’m sure there’s an ancient smell he’s trying to cover up. I’m not sure any product that claims it will keep pets from returning/re- marking, is 100% true. Will I buy again? Probably.
