I selected these konjac noodles because I am on a low carbohydrate diet, and these have very few net carbs and calories. The big surprise is how tasty they are! Honestly, I like them every bit as much as wheat noodles. Super simple to prepare, and the sauce that comes with them is also delicious. If you don't want the supplied sauce, you can also prepare them with any sauce you like, of with just a bit of butter and salt. They also work for Asian noodle dishes. I have tried many alternatives to regular pasta and this by far is the best I’ve come across. Are usually toss out the seasoning packets and add my own marinara sauce over the noodles. If your anything like me, you have tried several brands of these “zero” noodles. These come in a close second to healthy noodles brand, which is unavailable near me. The texture isn’t terrible like some of the brands I’ve tried that felt as though you were chewing on rubber bands.
