    • Leaking air right out of the box

The media could not be loaded. I spent well over an hour unpacking and setting up my tub. The majority of that time was spent hand pumping this thing. You have to use the pump that is included in the box because it uses a special attachment that only fits that pump. After putting in all that time and effort, my tub ended up having a hole at one of the seems. It’s pretty frustrating because they don’t even offer a replacement option. I now have to break this thing down and repack everything back in the box and drive it to a UPS store and then order a new one out of pocket. I was told it will take 5 to 7 days before getting my refund. I spent a lot of money on this cold plunge only to spend an hour inflating it by hand to then repack and ship this thing myself. I’m very aggravated and will not be purchasing this brand for the next one. ... show more

My husband and I have been doing cold plunges for a while now in 2025 it’s a thing. I upgraded my husband to this tub from small potable one that couldn’t be hooked up to a chiller. Use it everyday and worth it. Sides are thicker and have air in walls it keeps temperature well.

I'm thrilled with the ice plunge air up tub! At 5'9", I've got plenty of room to stretch out comfortably. Setting It up was a breeze. Also keep in mind you need 3/4th in tube to fit the adapters. The quality Is great and very sturdy. Highly recommend!

Tub works good so far, but the lid sprung a leak out of nowhere. It was challenging to get in touch with the seller... They need a direct contact link on the sell page itself. Once I did find out their contact email, they sent a new lid, so that was good.

I wish I had done more research before I bought this to understand it's not a very supported brand, seems like they were made specifically to be sold on Amazon and you're kind of on your own if you need any help/support. The lid on mine ripped right at one of the straps, I've tried sealing it with PVC patch and glue, but it's in a really stubborn spot so it just slow leaks - couldn't really find a great way to get any feedback to the manufacturer. The base is great, though. I think you see/read "inflatable" and question the durability, but they really are able to support your weight as you're getting in/out, they're just insulated enough that a strong chiller can keep them cool (I use a 1HP and it can maintain 45F no problem). ... show more

This plunge tank comes with everything you need to get started. The pump is high flow and pumped up the tank within a couple minutes. Lid fits nicely on top. There is a pad on the bottom to sit or kneel onto and the sides are stiff when pumped up to at least 7# PSI (Max Recommendation is 11# PSI). Looks great and first use was a success. Does have the ports if you plan to use with a water chiller. We are opting for the ice cube method for now, but wanted that option in case. ... show more

Have used it a couple weeks & can see from pics it is not supported in middle once filled with water. This issue makes the lid not fit so doesn’t insulate well. Not well designed. Should’ve just spent the money for a more expensive one because this one i definitely would NOT recommend. Have emptied & refilled. Have aired up more & less..nothing seems to matter. This is a constant issue. Total waste of money. ... show more
