The scent is gentle. It doesn't last real long. The advice on the package to breathe deeply, probably does more to encourage sleep than the spray itself, but it does make breathing deeply more satisfying. It wets the pillow a little more than I'd like.

I didn't find this product to be what it was advertised to be. The scent is so light it's hard to smell. It isn't long lasting. I've used other products like this with much better success. Sorry, won't buy this one again.
