I was scared to buy this bed just because it’s from Amazon and I didn’t get to see it like how you go to a store and fill it touch it before you buy, but this was a still it came vacuum sealed easy to do cut open the plastic and we waited for about a week for it to Deflate all the way I guess he could say or to open all the way, but it is very comfortable for the price. Like other reviewers have said it is heavy and awkward, but I finally was able to unbox and let the mattress "puff" up. The mattress arrived on 10/27, and I have had the best sleep since. Our old memory foam mattress was wearing down and starting to cause back pain for my husband and I so I starting looking at different mattresses and their reviews. This one seemed pretty reasonable and the reviews were pretty good so we decided to give it a try. I'm glad we did! Now, this isn't a super plush mattress so if you're wanting to sleep on a cloud this ain't it. But if you want something soft yet firm with a little plush top, this is it!
