  • Great for kids , not for adults.
I was hoping this would be better ,but you get what you pay for. My husband and I bought this and he was super excited about taking it with us when we went to Florida. However , the board would not support his weight ( 120 lbs) . It supported our 6 year old just fine ( 50 lbs). The board did not crack or break , but when we would try to surf on it , it went under water . It's made of hard foam and plastic. If you want to use this to actually surf , don't buy it. If you want a huge boogie board/surf board for a kid , go for it. Overall it's good quality , but it's definitely not made for adults to surf on. Save your $ for a better board. ... show more

  • Cool beginner's board
Very good beginner soft top board for a younger person. Well made with a solid feel. Fins seem a bit fragile but have held up through a few sessions so far. They are a bit sharp as others have mentioned. Cool factor is definitely superior to other soft top options. Overall a very good starter board for the price. ... show more

  • Sharp & fragile fins/scaggs
This type of board appears to be a great transition for a child who is very comfortable on a boogie/bodie board and wants to get in to surfing. If that was the intent behind this design then the fins/scaggs should have been better designed to accomdate it being riden to the beach, as one of the fins broke with 24 hours of getting the board. Also, my child, 1st time out cut his foot from the very sharp fins. I suggest CBC sand the very sharp leading edge of the fin. This could have been a better first experience. ... show more

  • Great short board. Great price.
The media could not be loaded. I purchased this to practice popups and paddling in a pool in preparation to transition from a long board to a short board without spending $800. It has been perfect for this. I will soon find out if all the practicing in a pool transitions to a wave.I hope so.

  • The only affordable fish surfboard, fills a niche, one of a kind.
This board is cool, it was very affordable, but still has the small agressive fish shape. Good luck finsing a more affordable fish surf board. I like it because it's a nice segway into short boards, it's more boyant than a short board but way more manuverable than a long board.

  • Great beginner board
We bought this for our 8 year old. It's very light and stable. Although a little tricky to carry, since it wider. But then he needs to learn how to carry the board on his head! Great beginner board.

  • Weak Fins, Good board
A fin broke within the first 30 mins of riding... Good board other than that, very buoyant and easy to ride for my young kids.

  • Fins broke quickly
My son (9 years) really liked the board and was able to surf on it almost immediately but unfortunately 2 fins broke within a couple of hours when the board hit his leg in a wave. Not sure if the fins are cheaply made or these were defective but one certainly would hope they can last longer than 2 hours ! ... show more
