This product is fraudulent. The "lock" is not functional at all. The "key" merely breaks into pieces when you attempt to use it to lock the zipper. The logo being haphazardly sewn was another indicator.

The key broke the first time I turned it and I'm very small and not a strong person. The teeth of the key came right off because the icky was stuck, really bad quality. I don’t drive so it’s pointless to try and return it. Great.

This bag is super frustrating to open or close. Idk if it’s because the lock is on the zipper amd it gets stuck or what but def not worth the money… even discounted price was too much considering the frustration using it.

Love this bag! Love that it locks, keeps the smell hidden and it has this cute bear on it! You can choose the color of that. Doesn’t have any thing in it to organize the bag, that’s the only downfall. Even without out I love the style and would definitely recommend!
