After reading some of the reviews I was worried about this sizing of the gauge. They are true to size as far as 3/4 go. They feel secure in my lobes(you dont get that with all stone gauges). They are beautiful and look like the picture.

    • Not for everyone.
I really wanted these to work. Truly I did. They arrived promptly and in great condition! Unfortunately, they don't fit. I compared these to other stone barrel shaped gauges I have, and they are not only a lot longer and would stick out awkwardly, the barrel was a lot bigger and would not fit through my ear. I have never struggled so much just attempting to put these in. I have had gauged ears for 10 years, and have worn a many different types of gauges, plugs, and tunnels. These by far have been the most difficult to deal with. I did give it a two stars instead of a one because the color of the gauges are awesome. They are beautiful, which just adds more insult to injury that they won't work for me. They are heavy, and smooth. Decent quality all things considered. They came individually packaged and in a sturdy box, that can double as storage for the gauges after use. They may work for others but they do not work for me. ... show more

20mm I have been wearing these for months now. They are extremely comfortable, and have a very smooth finish. the different styles of stone are absolutely beautiful. These are by far my favorite pair of stone plugs. I wear them daily. They are a little weighty. Considering they are stone this is to be expected. They aren't ear weights by any means. But they will push on your lobes cashing them to stretch more. My actual size is 22mm now because of these plugs. They are double flair plugs. So. To get them in you'll need to be slightly over whatever size you get. Overall. They are gorgeous. Very comfortable. And you can't beat that price. This was a beautiful selection of natural stone plugs, and they fit nice and snug. Some reviewers said they were too tight, and I did have a little discomfort cresting the rim, so it's maybe important to note that the saddles on these are a little deeper than other plugs I've worn in the past, so they may be a little tight at first, but after getting them in and sleeping with them for a few days, I have no trouble changing them out. Might also be helpful to use a little oil or a hot shower before inserting them at first. ... show more

These gauges are perfect! I totally love them. I remember 20 years ago, I used to pay $15-$25 for one pair. I just got 5 pairs for under $10! The colors are fantastic and the sizing is spot on. The flares are just big enough to go in tight and stay in place without falling out. They also came in a nice box and bagged separately. Absolutely beautiful gauges. Sadly I could not get them in my ears. They were too big to fit in my lobes as they are stretched now. I sent in a request for a different size and ended up getting a refund instead. So I am going to order the next size down and see if that works!

Adore these! The colour, luster and paterns on them are perfect. My right gauge in my ear is a tad smaller than my left, but had no problem getting them in. They feel very secure and I dont see myself worrying about accidentally losing one. Will definitely buy from them again.

Bought these as my new target size in stretching my lobes. As they are double flares, I could not get them in at first. purchased some itermediate sized single flare plugs and a pair of single flare plugs that are 5/8". Had to wait a few weeks for my ears to "get there".... but worth the wait. Having fun with the variety of colors and like being at 5/8".
