This product is not reliable. From the moment I took it out of the box I knew there was an issue. It cannot maintain a charge, goes dark with in 10 seconds and transferring data is impossible. Sending it back and going to a Verizon store to get what I need. This is a huge disappointment.

Bought this unit to replace a very old Samsung. Have had it about a week now. Got it loaded with apps, data, and pics from the old Samsung and another Samsung tablet. Took a little time, but the effort was rewarding. This tablet is great. The OS is android 12, so we are familiar with it. The 4gig ram and 64 gig rom are more than adequate. The price was substantially lower than any compatible tablet. A good tablet with a great price. Will update if something goes wrong, but as of now _great. ... show more

The tablet seems to work properly. However, the plastic case was not punches out in order to operate the power button nor the volume up and down buttons. The replacement unit sent by Amazon had the same problem. With great difficulty, I finally was able to whittle the TOUGH
