This is the only brand I’ll buy comforters from. I’ve bought many for myself and kids, and we all love them. This specific comforter is a dark purple/wine color and white. VERY soft and love that it’s oversized to hang more over the sides of my king bed. It’s very difficult to find a comforter that’s big enough, but this one is perfect! Very comfortable!! If you get very hot when you sleep, I recommend using a sheet or light blanket under this as this comforter keeps you very warm. ... show more

So overall… I’m not disappointed with this comforter…(I’ve been wanting a coma inducer brand comforter for a while now) but for the price, and the brand name, I thought it would be thicker/heavier! It’s definitely soft! It is definitely over sized as they state. One thing I absolutely HATE is that there’s no stitches in the middle of the comforter to help the stuffing from shifting during normal use and also most importantly when washing! I absolutely HATE THAT!! 😞😔😒and if I knew that ahead of time I would have chose a different comforter from this brand! I wash my blankets at least once every 2 weeks…(because I have cats that sleep in bed with me) so this is a bummer! Aside from that, the pillow cases are envelope style and fit a normal size pillow just right. It’s wine colored. I actually really love the color! They also included care instructions that’s not posted in the description! This blanket is so big that it won’t fit in the average washer, so it needs dry cleaned! That sooo would have been helpful to know BEFORE purchasing!!! Like what the heck?! So by the way this sounds… washing will ruin the blanket if your not careful! Great! I wash my comforters a lot! I don’t see this comforter lasting long at alll!!! I will update this review in the future as to how it holds up during washing. Today is 2/27/23. So anyways… yea I would still recommend this… for people who have a dry cleaner or larger then normal washer/dryer! Lol. Smh. Hope you found this review to be helpful! 👍👍👍 ... show more

    • This color is maroon. It was hard to tell in the photo and the name didn't give any indication.

The color was not what I was expecting. It was maroon. It looked more taupe or soft gray in the picture. Also, while it was soft, it left a weird gummy feeling on my hands after touching it. Maybe it needs to be washed before use? But I was returning it based on the misleading color, so I'm not sure if this would improve after wash. ... show more
