I had to use it quite I few times before I got comfortable with using it but it has proven to be a huge asset to my mobile haircut business. I would definitely recommend locking the top & bottom if rolling on a bumpy surface bc the 2 sections will come apart if it falls over on the ground. I'm not sure if I'd trust the whole thing to go under an airplane but it is very sturdy & the wheels have handled very well on city streets & natural terrain. My client bugged me to get something like this & this has really made things a lot easier. The strap is nice to keep on to help carry it up stairs. I opened it as soon as it arrived. I love, love, love this case! I’m just sad that I will have to wait (through the process) until I get a replacement to use it because it arrived slightly damaged. The inside material is scratched, exposing the frame. Maybe the contents could be wrapped with a thicker covering to prevent this. (I don’t want to pack it all back up… 😖hoping the manufacturer can send a replament of the defective piece). Otherwise, it’s beautiful and as described.     • Locks are flimsy in my opinion.
I think i have too much makeup maybe and im no professional this is my first case and I am please with what I got. Definetly more than I expected. I do like that I can separate them and still close them both. The bottom part is perfect for those big Costco bottles I buy. And all the tools.
