Description

Buyers Products Black Diamond Tread Aluminum Topsider Truck Box helps keep your equipment secure and protected from the elements while saving space in the bed of your truck. The recessed drop door with beveled edges and a continuous hinge combines with a 1/2 in. thick gasket system to keep water and grime away from your tools. The die-cast locking compression latch ensures a tight seal and deters theft. The sturdy aluminum box is powder-coated black for superior corrosion resistance and style. Aircraft grade cables keep the door from slamming open and damaging the hinge. The box mounts above your truck bed using the included J-hooks and protective side-rail pads. No drill required.

First off- hats off to UPS for delivering these boxes in undamaged condition. I was a bit leary on ordering after reading the reviews of damaged boxes but took a chance any ways. I am glad I did. Next, a lot of questions asking if these come with all the mounting hardware and the answer is yes. Finally, the boxes were easy to mount and straight forward instructions. These boxes are awesome! Not only do they look sharp, but they are waterproof, and lock and unlock very smoothly. The only complaint is that I have a friend with the same boxes and our keys work for both our boxes on our trucks. He had his for years before I purchased. So seems like anyone that has a set of keys can break into any other box that’s from this brand. I absolutely hate that fact. ... show more

In my numerous years of purchasing pickup boxes, Weatherguard has been the standard in my opinion. Because of pricing I thought I would take a chance and try these, even with the horror stories of damage. These boxes are almost there at that quality. They both arrived without any damage except for one scratch 1/2 the size of a dime, but it was at the bottom of the door side. Not near enough to complain about. Buyers Products could definitely increase their packaging quality and the horror stories would be close to being eliminated. The fact that you can easily adjust the latch/door tension/tightness is exceptional. I definitely recommend these and would buy again. ... show more

Love these boxes so far had them for a month now and made my own shelving to double what I could put in them. And they look great I have a 6'6" box on a gmc sierra 2014 I feel they are priced a little high but I certainly am happy with what I got for the money only had one small dent in one of the two boxes I ordered. ... show more
