So far 1 month of almost daily use maybe 4 times a day, velcro has stuck to frame. *makes a better seal if your edges are parallel with garage door. The media could not be loaded. It was an easy install with a extra pair of hands to help along the way. It took me about 45 mins.     • Adhesive tape peeled off within a few weeks

Everything was good until one hot weekend that caused about half of the adhesive framing tape to peel off and not stick to the garage door frame again. Because of the length and width of the tape it is not easy to re-tape the screen, so I removed it and not using it at the moment.

Very durable even in high traffic areas magnets are strong and keep the screen closed ,( Keeps flying insects out) mine did eventually due to the thousands of times the cat has climbed it , but I think it held up remarkably !!! Five Stars

Very pleased with the construction and material used, had to use screws to make sure adhesive strips stayed in place. one year later screen is still hanging but exposure to Texas weather has caused some of the material to come apart. All in all I would and probably will buy a new one for next year.
