Bought this for my 7 year old son after he rode a friend's Razor MX350 and fell in love. This is a MUCH better product and at a better price to boot! After spending several hours comparing features of the half-dozen or so options on the market, I selected the Burromax for the following reasons and am very glad I did. 1. Functional rear AND front suspension (others just look like they have real forks, this one actually does). This isn't a gimmick. It really works and makes the bike much easier / safer to ride. 2. Disc brake. Much better braking power requiring less pressure from small hands to stop quickly. 3. Sturdy! This thing is well built, with a rigid frame, good welds, and stout swing arm. Feels less like a toy and more like a real bike. 4. Good electrical options. The battery gauge is nice and the key on/off means mom and dad get to monitor when / where it's ridden. Assembly was super easy, and it comes with a decent little tool kit too. Have to say, I'm pleasantly surprised (that doesn't happen very often). These should have lots more reviews! ... show more

After lots of research, my husband decided on this electric bike for our 4.5 year old son to ride! (Despite him unable to ride a regular bike by himself). Nevertheless our son LOVES it and has picked up so quickly (only 1 short day of practicing and he’s by himself). Even my husband and 3 year old ride it together. Very impressed with the quality and performance of the bike. My 9 yr old granddaughter absolutely loves her new bike. The battery life is about 120 minutes, which is longer than her previous bike. The bike also sits higher which makes her feel more grown up.

It’s a great starter bike for small kids to learn how to ride. Definitely not recommended for older kids because with more weight it starts to eat the battery faster and is not as fast. Wish the battery lasted a little longer. The lipo version “tt350 is like twice as expensive but not much faster. I bought two of the “tt250’s” for the price of one “tt350”. You can just buy an upgrade motor of 500watt and plug and play to go faster and add more torque. Over all great buy ... show more

Awesome cycle! Craftsmanship and ease of use are impressive. Purchased this little Mixtec cycle for my 6 yr old son and he absolutely loves it. It is quite a bit faster than a ride on vehicle and much more durable as well. The size is perfect for my boy and will be for the foreseeable future. The media could not be loaded. My son (70lbs) rode less than 4 hours total before a flame & smoke came from the motor burning him. I immediately took a video (luckily I did) and requested a refund. Received a refund response email that they received the bike but their techs confirmed the bike did not smoke nor spark or flame so they are keeping 50% of my refund to restock the bike for resale. I slowed the video down to show the actual flame & smoke their techs “confirmed” did not exist. Bike was always garage kept & unplugged at full battery. I have yet to receive a response back via email or phone but they wasted no time refunding me 50% of what I paid!!! ... show more

We bought this bike for our six year old grandson. When it was delivered, I could hardly believe how cool and well-made this bike is for the money. Assembly was done in less than one hour by grandma. One issue with the bike had me contact customer service, which was a very PLEASANT and EXCEPTIONAL experience. Burromax was very concerned with my issue, they were prompt with their responses, and they made sure they took care of the problem for me immediately.
