When the box arrived I took video & photos showing how badly damaged the box came from the shipping company (large company that is failing us all!!!). The bike ran but after the first charge it wouldn't run. I emailed the company knowing I had a warranty. I received a direct call with play by play instructions on what to check & how, patiently waiting on the phone while I tested the necessary components. Once it was determined that the bike needed work the label was printed, the next day the package went out, the next day it arrived. BAM. Brand new bike. I packed the first into the new box & sent it back. My daughter has ridden the SNOT out of this thing ever since, on asphalt, grass & dirt. 5 BIG, adult loving, kid approved STARS.
