Great purchase if you have Burley bike trailer. fits well and comes with plenty of drink and extra storage. the cost seems a little high but after attaching and using I can see why the cost is justified. Its strong as I have held two large drink cups full, plus sunglasses, phone, toddler wipes and plenty of other stuff as well in it while taking my kids for long strolls in the Burley honey Bee. Only issue is if your holder is that full or has a drink cup in it, it will make your stroller top heavy if not kids are in it to balance the weight. ... show more

I recently purchased this console for my Burley D'Lite X. This must be a brand new console model because even the enclosed material for the trailer included references to the old console. Setup was very quick with two large fold-over Velcro fasteners for each side of the handlebar. It should hold tightly, but with age and use will probably lose its tautness, which is needed to ensure that the console and contents do not bounce around. Pros: * Nice smooth interior lining that is easy to clean * Two drink holders are large enough for big bottles, yet can be collapsed down to create more space in the center compartment * Interior mesh zip pocket is handy for keys and other small items * Folds flat when handlebar is flipped over in the cycling position * Large clear top pocket fits large mobile devices with some weather protection (see limitation below) Cons: * The zipper on the clear top pocket is weather tight, but it cannot be zipped completely closed (see image), so a small hole remains open to the elements; there should be a zipper hood * The console bounces around with more vigorous activity due to it not being fastened to the cross-member of the handlebar (like the previous version) * The magnetic top flap is hard to close because of the fold-over flap and the floppy console material do not always align * The top flap is the only weather tight (sort of) part of the console because precipitation can enter on either side of the main compartment where the drink holders are; I would have preferred a separate, weather tight main compartment In the end, it is usable, but has an odd combination of thoughtful and thoughtless design features. I will just have to keep items I want out of the elements in the trailer itself, or in a weather tight container in the console. Definitely not worth it for the price, unless it is on sale. ... show more

We love having this! The Burley is our stroller and bike trailer. We use this console every single day for drinks, snacks, phones, keys.... I'm very happy I added this on.

    • Works okay, but needs some improvements
This seems to be the only option for my trailer/stroller. It does hold cups and a few small extra items like a phone. But it is just adequate. The extras compartment is magnetic closure only and opens a bit to easy. The cup holders are just a wire with some nylon to kind of hold the cup on the outside edges. The cups end up usually at a bit of an angle. The whole thing is held on with some velcro backed fabric that wraps around the stroller handle. I have a single seat stroller and it does not get tight no .atter how I do the velcro. So the whole thing kind of sags. Would be nice if they supplied a rod or something to hold the whole thing close to level or tight. When attached this thing makes it almost impossible to access the rear storage area of my trailer/stroller. Yes you could take it off quick to access the storage, but that's if you have nothing in it like your coffee, and if you do take it off, the extra storage compartment will spill any contents.
