Had a 'water balloon toss' for neighborhood picnic. Bought this pack. It was great, easy to fill up, cheap and worked well. Only complaint is about 10-15% of the balloons either didn't fill up, or burst before anyone could use/grab them, or leaked. So... out of 200 balloons, I'd say we got about 170 usable. They fill at different rates. They are so thin that a bunch break while filling. I had to make ahead of time for a party and the majority didn't make it to game time. They deflated and lost their water.
