Only complaint is about 10-15% of the balloons either didn't fill up, or burst before anyone could use/grab them, or leaked. So... out of 200 balloons, I'd say we got about 170 usable. We bought these to use at vacation bible school. So easy to fill. Will never do water balloons one at a time again as long as these are available. You may have a leaker now and then, but you also get those in a bag of regular balloons!

They fill at different rates. They are so thin that a bunch break while filling. I had to make ahead of time for a party and the majority didn't make it to game time. They deflated and lost their water.
