Horrible customer service, very disappointed and wish we had never purchased this product but now cannot return for a refund even though it’s in the same condition we received it in just not the box. The battery life was awful, it’s not as fast as other similar bumper cars and it won’t go over rugs.

We bought this for our 1 year old granddaughter and she loves to ride in it! Lights can be turned on to flash at the bottom of the bumpers or they can remain off. Also has a charger that comes with it and easy to plug in. Remote control is easy to use and it goes slow enough for the child to use her own hand controls. Doesn’t scare floors or walls.
