Don't like the flavor in the French Press. It does seems not to mold fast when left in the drip machine for several days. Since it is the whole beans I grind as I need and keep some in a small jar for several days worth of coffee making. Not outstanding flavor to me, but not strong or acidic. But, I only use a heaping tablespoon of ground bean per pot and that's enough of the flavor for me. Should last a long time. ... show more
