Lots of general information, but not a step-by-step guide to building your house - like what comes first? Septic or pad or plumbing? What is the correct order of construction, in general? How far should the septic be from the house? etc.

I am in the very beginning/planning stages of building a house so once this book arrived I immediately flipped through the different chapters. I found better information off Pinterest with just a few short searches. This book could be considered an introduction to the home building process rather than a actual step by step guide to follow.
