  • Worth. Every. Penny
My husband and I researched dozens of strollers, via reviews on Amazon, BuyBuy Baby, Nordstrom, Target, and YouTube. Our wish list for our stroller included the following: converts from single to double, functional/practical, good storage space, great/easy maneuverability, long lasting, durable, and stylish. After months of research, we were debating among 3 different strollers: Nuna Demi Grow, Uppababy Vista, and the Bugaboo Donkey 2 Mono. Ultimately, we decided on the Bugaboo, because it checked off all of the items on our wish list, and it has all terrain tires. After almost a month of having it, I am SO glad that we chose this stroller. My husband and I PACK this stroller up with the diaper bag, his work bag, hydroflasks, and more, and I can still easily push it UP A HILL!!! We love the bassinet that it comes with. I take my son for walks, and it’s perfect for naps. Yes, it’s pricey, but it’s durable. We were willing to invest in something that we can use for years and with multiple children versus buying multiple strollers. ... show more

  • really expensive product for how little it offers
this stroller is pointless. it works for two months while you have a toddler and newborn. get ready to buy every upgrade in the first 6 months. all said and done you can't use the bottom storage if its open for two, it looks filthy in minutes, in doesn't come with what you need to grow, its pretty difficult to put together in public (on the go), do not recommend unless you are using it to take casual walks around the neighborhood, once in a while. ... show more

  • The only stoller you'll need!
I never write reviews, but as a mom of a toddler and newborn I feel compelled to share my love for the Bugaboo Donkey. I was terrified of pushing a double stroller, but this one easily glides and fits through all doorways. I tested the Uppababy and hated the way it felt and my toddler seems way happier being able to see her new brother side by side. I was shocked by how easy it is to fold up and put in the car. The fact that it's the only stroller I'll ever need with a bassinet, large basket and the option for one or two seats makes it worth every penny. Also, it is REALLY beautifully built and I constantly get stopped by other moms commenting on the gorgeous blue color. I religiously did research before making this big purchase and couldn't be happier with my decision. ... show more

  • Best but Bulky
This stroller replaced our Chicco Bravo stroller. Our Chicco’s front wheel stopped rotating properly so my husband fixed it and then the back wheels have just started squeaking. Haven’t even had it a year. The Bugaboo handles a lot better. It is a smooth ride and very sturdy. I like the wheels, they mimic real tires. I’m pushing it and not feeling it go over small bumps in the pavement. Our old stroller was very stiff and weak when it compares to the Bugaboo. I like the buckle for the straps. Everything just snaps into a round buckle that has one button to undo it all. No, your baby won’t unbuckle this simple buckle. It’s genius and a time saver. The Chicco took more time to strap your baby in. I can’t say anything about the bassinet due to my baby being 10 months already. However, the toddler seat is rockable with the recline lever. I can rock him slowly at the doctor’s office, up and down, with this recline feature. What I don’t like about the Bugaboo is the latches to fold it down...took me awile to get that. Might just be me though because my husband could do it easy and was laughing at me. Also, this stroller takes up most of the space in the trunk of my 2014 Nissan Murano. I only take the basket off, recline the seat to a plank level, and close it up. Taking everything off, and removing the wheels, would help a bit but take me longer. I bought the footmuff separately and it’s been great for the temperature slowly dropping in our area. I am overall satisfied with this stroller. It can take up room in my trunk any day, as long as it continues to serve me well. Lastly, to the person who posted a review saying they got an old model - I did not. Mine is dated May 2018. ... show more

  • Hey Uppababy Vista.... bye girl!
As a busy mom, Amazon has become my second husband and I can honestly say that after hundreds of purchases ...I’ve never written a single review. Our Uppababy Vista served us well with our first child . When our 2nd came around we got the Rumble seat attachment ....Different Story ! The chasis seemed confused as to how to handle the newer and contrasting weight distribution. Enter the Bugaboo Cons 1st The instructions need to be more detailed with wording and numbers ( VS just arrows ) . I wish the seats came dressed and ready to go out of the box . Aside from that... I can confidently proclaim that everything is legitimately better . The push and ride is super smooth and extremely planted. I can turn the entire stroller (with both kiddos )with my 2 index fingers . The materials are top notch and have exceeded my expectations. I suppose you don’t know what you’re missing ... until you try it , but now we can NEVER go back ! Passed the husband test with flying colors . He calls it the baby Range Rover :) Highly recommend The Bugaboo Donkey 2 !! ... show more
