I bought this hot tub from Bueno Spa I bought the Chicago hot tub in October of 2024. It's been a great hot tub I've owned two other major brands. My Chicago tub Definitely has the same build quality as my prior hot tubs. Yes you have to set this up yourself because they deliver it vertically on a pallet. But the thousands I saved opposed to the other two companies that I used This was well worth it. Me and a couple of friends put it on its side and moved it into place. Don't get me wrong this weighs 800 lb so it's not easy but it can be done pretty simply. I have not had any warranty issues with the tub I have had to reach out to Bueno Spa and ask them a couple of questions and they were very responsive. I would recommend this tub to anyone. And by the way it is very quiet it sits within two feet of my bedroom window and even when the tub turns on to filter or heat the tub I cannot hear it. ... show more

Purchased this item less than a year ago and while still under warranty is not working. Customer service has been a nightmare and provided no support in resolving my issues. Amazon should drop this product/company on their site.

We bought a Beuno spa in March 3. 2 weeks later the lights quit working We’ve been getting the run around get it fixed We actually bought this unit because the warranty was linger that all other brands. They want us to find a repair technician to come out and give an estimate and to see if they’ll even repair the lights ... show more
